1. Acceptance

By using the DeepCore app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

DeepCore offers auto-renewable subscriptions via Apple In-App Purchases.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel in App Store → Account → Subscriptions.
Price and billing period are shown before purchase.
Apple is the merchant of record. All refunds are handled by Apple.

If offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

DeepCore is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

Always consult a physician before starting any exercise or wellness program.

Use at your own risk.

You are responsible for using the app safely and appropriately.

All content, trademarks, and code belong to DeepCore. You may not copy or redistribute.

DeepCore is provided "as is." We are not liable for damages arising from use of the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware.
